Founder and CEO

Dr. Kingsley Chin is the founder and CEO of SpineFrontier. Since 2006, he has served as Chief Technology Officer, leading the company in the design, development and marketing of medical technology. Dr. Chin prides himself on SpineFrontier’s development of Less Exposure Surgery Technologies, which allow surgeons to perform less invasive procedures. He currently practices surgery at the LESS Institute and is the CEO and Cofounder of KICVentures that has a portfolio of companies built around healthcare technology.

Meet the SpineFrontier Team

Aditya Humad is the President and CFO of SpineFrontier, Inc. and has led Spinefrontier to profitability with aggressive top line growth. Before SpineFrontier, Aditya gained valuable experience in Healthcare Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan where he focused on M&A, financing and restructuring on Wall Street. Aditya earned a Bachelor’s in Bioengineering and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton School of Business as part of the prestigious Jerome Fisher Management & Technology Program. He is also the Co-Founder of KICVentures that has built multiple symbiotic companies within the health tech space that has generated over $100 million in revenues to date.

Aditya grew up in Kuwait and is skilled in eclectic vegetarian cooking.

Jake Lubinski serves as the Chief Operating Officer for SpineFrontier. Throughout his four years with the company as a Design Engineer and ION Engineering Team Manager, he has overseen several products brought successfully to market. He appreciates that his cross-functional role in the company allows him to engage with every team, every day. Before SpineFrontier, Jake worked as a Design Engineer and Project Manager in the consumer and medical device markets. As a former clinical assistant, he observed and documented over 50 cardiothoracic, colorectal and orthopedic surgeries. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a research focus in spine mechanics from the University of Vermont. He is passionate about using his engineering degrees to help improve the lives of others.

Fun Fact

When Jake was ten years old he built his own log cabin with a sod roof in his backyard.

Vito Lore, the AMP Engineering Team Manager, has been with SpineFrontier for six years. As an engineering project manager and new product development manager, he has overseen several 510K approvals and field releases for a variety of SpineFrontier products. Vito has a breadth of industry experience in medical, consumer and commercial product design. Before SpineFrontier, Vito worked on product development with Radius, mobile phones with Nokia and satellite/aircraft guidance with Allied Signal. He has a degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering from Purdue University.

Fun Fact

Vito worked and lived overseas for three years in Holland and Denmark.

Breanna Goodrow brings almost 10 years of experience in shaping communication, currently for a portfolio of healthcare and technology companies, by working directly with C-level leadership to evolve communications strategy, improve processes, and interpret their vision through media. She graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York City with a focus on Advertising and Graphic Design. Previous employers and clients include Timber Press, Newsweek, The New York Design Center, Seventeen Magazine, and Inside Edition. Breanna enjoys sharing her passion for creativity and collaboration through public speaking, and has been honored to guest lecture at Boston College, The Pacific Northwest College of Art, Portland State University and Oregon State University.
